I've been on a line manager course for three days and it really has been an inspiring three days!  I chose an international course instead of a course in Finnish and this was probably much better than just speeking with Finns about our leadership styles and problems.  This was the first module and there will be three other modules still until the end of January.  People came for Latvia, Denmark, Canada, Austria, India, Belgium, UK, Sweden and Finland.  Interesting people, lots of good discussions and fun!  But really tough also, long days and lots of work to your mind.  Next module is in the beginning of November and I'm really looking forward to it!

Last weekend we started to renovate the facility room where we got the water problem a month or so ago ( link added on 12.10. and the damage happened already in July!!)).  Needs new ceiling and to do that we needed to empty all the stuff gathered there.  We managed to take off the old panelling but could not put new ones there as we didn't have right type of nales in a machine.  So that's continuing next weekend.

Tonight Hanna-Lea will come and stay the night.  She's going to Prague in the morning so this is just a quick stop on the way to airport.  I'm planning to bake a pie as she's coming with her friend Minna.  Nice evening ahead.
