Been quiet, I know.  There's been so much action on-going that I have not found time to blog.  But better now than never...

Last Saturday we were invited to a birthday party, Virpi had her 40th with three of her friends coming to same age.  So we went to Korjaamo.  There were about 170 guest of all four birthdayers, place was just right for this kind of party.  Good food, drinks and excellent live band makes any party enjoyable.  Added value came of the program the ladies had organised, talk show about "us who have everything already".  We saw also a presentation of these ladies' visiting Hawaiji last December.  Then they had collected something personal form all decades to a show on the wall and there was a competition to know which decade and to whom the thing belong.  You know things like diary, ballet shoes, handmade pullover (have we all done one?), notes from school, baby stuff etc.

At the party I met my highschool classmate, Tarja.  She knows Virpi's husband who she's known at college.  Small world!

Just been two days in a skiresort  Sappee near Tampere in a strategy workshop.  I didn't realise that there's still snow somewhere, the slopes were open and I didn't take my skies with me, pity.  But we wouldn't have had time to ski anyway, very tight schedule to get strategy ready to some extent.  We will continue in two weeks in another strategy workshop.  Sappee seems to be quite good place to visit some day.  Accomodation in Honkasappee, chalet like house.  Beds for at least 8 people, kitchen and sauna.  Meetings were in Huippu as well as dinner.  Food was what you would expect in a skiresort, heavy.  In the evening we had sauna, dinner and then in the chalet singing and drinking.  Tatu had gitar with him and some notes, Finnish popmusic mostly.  Fun :-)
