Third day in Tampere starting a bit too early.  But I  just couldn't sleep anymore.  Better do something else while waiting for dawn.

We had a workshop on Monday and Tuesday.  Lots of discussion and action points.  Monday night we went to The Grill for dinner.  Excellent food, good wines and company. Couple of other collagues staying in the hotel too.  Last night I went shopping but that wasn't very successful.  We stayed here in the hotel and had dinner.  Noora accompanied us which was really nice.  Noora had to move to another building so we might not meet everytime I visit Tampere in the future.  Really sad.  But will keep in touch :-)  Here's a picture of me and Noora taken at a farewell party in autumn '06 here in Tampere.

Today still here, we have an info for the whole organisation.  These infos are a tradition.  Customer representatives invited, we hear the latest news from there.  And of course some info also from our side, interesting news and all the usual (satisfaction survey results, strategy update, last year's results etc.). 

You have definetly heard the news about our company.  Well I'm confident that this will not affect me.  There's other organisations where actions are needed but we are in good shape.  But of course the process has just started and we will hear more news later.
