My brother is a games man, keen hunter and fond of cooking.  They made handmade sausages and I was kind of helping (concentraiting more on wine and picking tastes).  Incredients were pork, goose, reindeer and other deer which has white tail (valkohäntäpeura) and of course spices.  We made chorizo and game sausages.  It took about 5 hours but there's now 6kg of sausages in the freezer.  It was good and worth the effort!

 

On the southern part of Finland Jouni had done a good job in the bathroom.  Got this picture at 3am this morning.  I suppose Finnish operators have once again had a good profit of the Easter greetings people send using sms and the switches are a bit overloaded.  I'm sure Jouni was not playing with his mobile at that time.
