Somebody offered cash and the owner accepted of course.  We would have needed some time to sell our house first.  Ok, so we start from the beginning.  There was this other house we were looking at already couple of weeks ago.  The one which is really in bad shape and needs total renovation inside and out.  We go and check it again tonight.
