Heini's phone bill was over 100€ for a month's calls and almost 1000 sms.  Jouni got mad and yelled as never done at the kids.  Mostly though yelling at himself as we have been lazy in getting this sorted out. Last bill included also 1000 messages and Jouni already asked then for change to the connection from the operator €lisa.  In October Jouni made a request in internet for conncetion change to such that will have 1000 free messages a month - well not really free but included in the monthly charge.  But €lisa have had some difficulties in their systems and getting through is really impossible, bills are also coming late so tough to keep track on the situation (August-September bill came last week).  So we expected to get still couple of bills of 100€ this Autumn.

Heini changed her phone usage after our move  and after our home PC got broken.  Only way to keep in touch with friends is texting.  Easily over 30 messages a day.  And because of  €lisa's problems in billing we didn't notice this.  So we tried to change the operator on weekend but it takes a month if you want to keep same number.  Then Jouni called €lisa again, queueing for 20 or so minutes and finally got through on Sunday morning.  They said that the connection have been changed already in the beginning of October (next day after Jouni did the request in internet) but nobody has sent that information to us.  Nice service...  And unnecessary row at home...
