First time in two months I feel like I had really a good night.  My sleeping has been tattered for months but it really got bad in the beginning of January.  Sometimes I woke up around 3-4am and can't sleep after that or then I woke up every two hours, can't tell how long being awake before then waking up again realising that it's been only an hour or two since last checking the watch. 

Yesterday we had our book club around Caroline Myss and I do think that I got some tools for my exhaustion and recovering from it.  It's always so good to talk with good friends, can help so much.  And then we have a good guide who knows the right questions to ask.  Makes us really think the believes and behaviour and everything behind those.  Of course helping us to get rid of unnecessary thoughts.
